Another Hot Hot Hotter Day

I slept rather early yesterday around 1am, and I woke up slightly after 730am, after my light breakfast at Kopitiam I didn't nap at all..I was indeed a little tired, like as though I haven't been sleeping well, each time I was trying to catch up with my lost of sleep, I will never be able to, its either I'm too stone to sleep or there is something that will distract my attention from my tiredness such as house chore, tv programmes etc..

Tomorrow I'm going to Dhaka, Bangladesh for work and will return the following day. It's definitely not a place that I'm looking forward to go, but work is work, you just don't have a choice unless you fall sick or something serious happened that hinders your work. Sometimes at work, no matter what happened, you just have to control your emotions because of work. Then after work you will let your emotions control the rest of your day.

Anyway, I cooked my own dinner, was a little lazy to go out and get my dinner, just sick of outside food, but it definitely will save your time and energy if you by outside though. Actually I wanted to catch my Indonesian drama Hikmah 2, its an on going drama and its very interesting, I enjoyed watching the plot, the revenge, the framing, and many more. I cooked Coca-cola chicken and lettuce with fried anchovies.

Recipe:
1. Coca-cola Chicken
- marinate your chicken with corn flour and light soya sauce
- pan fried the wok/pot/frying-pan with a bit of oil and garlic
- dump the marinated chicken to fry
- add ketchup with a can of coca-cola (use your own descretion)
- cook it till the gravy turned thick
- walahh you are ready to eat now

2. Lettuce with Fried Anchovies
- fried your anchovies till golden brown
- dried the anchovies on tissues/newspaper (to soak the excessive oil)
- pan fried the wok/pot/frying pan with a bit of oil and garlic
- dump the chopped lettuce to fry
- cook it till the lettuce turn soft
- wallahhh you are ready to eat as well
- add the fried anchovies on top of the lettuce

For the past few days, Singapore has been hotter than usual, I really wonder why, even I had a blasted fan infront of me, I'm still sweating can you imagine? It's so annoying. I'm feeling a little tired now, so I will end the update here for today.
Let's hope tomorrow will be a great day for me and you too. Good Luck! Sweet dream!

Enjoy it...

Relaxing at home

Hey, I'm sorry for late blogging, been quite busy, too little time yet too many things to do such as my homework before work, my own house chores, packing, groceries, washing, cleaning..Sorry about that..

I just came back from Perth, 5 hours flight, not too bad, but working over midnight is the killer especialy when you are trying to stay awake. Before I left to Perth, I managed to catched 2 movies, one on DVD 1408 and another one in the cinema Superhero Movie.

About 1408, I like the plot, the storyline, its quite surreal, and the fact that two of my favourite actors are in it (John Cusack & Samuel L Jackson) it makes me wanna watch it so badly. The acting was good, its a horror cum psychological movie. It doesn't really make you think but, its good enough to suspense you through out the movie. So what ya waiting for, just grab a DVD, loan the DVD from a friend if you have not seen it ok...Worth watching!

Lets see, Superhero Movie, its a comedy acted by Leslie Nielsen @ the guy from Naked Gun, Pamela Anderson and many actors which I'm not too sure who they were. Its super funny, if you feel lousy or you had a terrible day, perhaps this is the kind of movie will make you feel good and happy at the end of the day. Its basically another those kind of Scary Movies but I've to say its really funny. But I would recommend that you get the uncensored version, because they even censored some scene in Singapore..Can you imagine, in Singapore, what's more in Malaysia, practically the whole movie will cut into half. Its definitely worth watching too! Highly recommended..Its bimbotic yet hillarious.

Oh I just went for a haircut, I really had no idea what the Singaporean hairstylist was trying to do, she just trimmed, and trimmed and trimmed and cropped...Luckily it turned out to be lookable, "Beh Pai"... Recently, I was using Cetaphil Gentle Facial Wash, its so gentle you don't even feel any of those tingling biting sensation at all. Its a dermalogical tested yet affordable gentle facial wash, especially for those problematic acne blemishes skin just like mine. In Singapore Guardian it was selling S$15 plus 100ml, but in Australia it was selling at AUS$25..So expensive, and I have just finished the Cetaphil earlier. So now I'm trying on Sebamed Acne Foam Wash. This facial foam is similar to Cetaphil where is so gentle and its ph 5.5 where there isn't suppose to have any bitting sensation while using it. Will update and see how the Sebamed goes. Its actually a German product, meanwhile Cetaphil is made in Canada.

Oh I heard of this new Sebamed range in Bombay India recently while window shopping at a pharmacy. Went there to look for a medicine called Reductil, and its suppose to suppress your appetite and keep you full from eating profusely while you are busy or working. Apparently there is no side effect, but the only problem if you stop taking it, you will put on pounds and pounds of weight. Think twice before using it ok...Anyway, so when I was in the pharmacy, there is a sales girl promoting Sebamed new blue range, the acne range. She was promoting it to me, since there are some visible blemishes on my cheek, while promoting it, she was telling me that if I were to buy the Facial Foam and the Moisturiser on that day, I will get a free Female Hygiene Wash. Immediately after saying it, coincidentally one of my female colleague was just next to me, the sales girl immediately direct the aim at her and said that in the Indian Bombay Hindi slang "Sir, you can give the Hygiene Wash to this madam (while her finger was pointing at my female colleague), the Madam can use it.." Without hessitation both me and another male colleague were laughing profusedly.. The female colleague wasn't embarassed at first, it was when me and my colleague laughed, only she felt it..Poor lady..hahahahhaa

Nothing much for now, I guess its a little too much update. Take care and thats all for now. Enjoy the read..

Tired...Exhausted...Torned...Weared...Sigh

Sigh...I'm extremely tired after my flight from Bombay and its not the work load but more like the fact that I had to stay awake through out the night till this morning. I got home roughly around 10-11am because I took MRT home, trying to save money for future purposes.

Then I had breakfast at home, after that I watched 2 DVDs, The Village and The Water Horse. I have to say The Village is "Chow Ji Boring lor..." I wasted 2 hours just watch a crap movie like that by the Director of Sixth Sense, M. Night Shyamalan. After Sixth Sense, I think his movies are up to no good.

As for the Water Horse, its a feel good fantasy movie from Britain. It's more like a family film, but according to my sister Poh Choo its very similar to Millions, actually I just realised that it's the same boy who acted in both movies as a lead. I've never seen Millions, guess it's not that bad either. If you have nothing much to do, you could try to get the DVD and watch it. Bet you will like it.

Other than that, didn't do much, just do some washing, ironing, and emailing as well as updating the blog. Earlier on had a little problem connecting the internet, so it took me a bit of time to update the blog. I'm still tired and can't wait to take a long good night sleep later.

Adios for now and have a wonderful weekend thinking of me yay...

Nightmare to Bombay

hey guys,

I'll be going to mumbai or known as Bombay in India for work around 8pm later in the evening. It's not a dream come true just because I get to travel there, but its a nightmare indeed. I've no idea why its so difficult to please them and all they one is fast and faster and faster.

The thought of me going there is giving me headache and lack of sleep. But let just keep our prayers work and hopefully its going to be a wonderful one and hopefully not much problem during my trip there. I shall be back on the 25th morning around 8am.

That's all from me for now, ohh before I forget I watched 2 movies on DVD loaned from my eldest sister PC. I watched The Death of Ian Stone and followed by the Premonition. Both movies are just so-so. Nothing to shout about, probably its nicer to watch it in the cinema.

The Death of Ian Stone if I'm not wrong its a British movie, but it has the sci-fi thriller effects, I don't like the storyline but overall its not that bad. I definitely prefer this movie than The Premonition.

Meanwhile, The Premonition is acted by Sandra Bullock (The Net, Speed) and Julian McMahon (Nip & Tuck, Fantastic Four). Its about someone who has a premonition of what's going to happened to another person. Sound familiar? Yeah its nothing new but it's not that bad as a whole. Those who like Sandra Bullock will enjoy the movie.

Take Care guys and have a nice day ahead!
Love ya!

The Forbidden Kingdom

Hey, I will consider this as my first blog of the year 2008, I just felt like blogging for the sake of posting up my pictures..

I haven't been doing much, just been busy working and working and visiting family members back in Kuala Lumpur. Oh Boy, I really missed the food in Malaysia..Its simply irresistible..

I've managed to catch a movie today, The Forbidden Kingdom in the evening, so I skipped dinner as well, only had Gui Ling Gao since I'm feeling a little heaty inside..

The Forbidden Kingdom is acted by Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Li Bing-Bing, and that guy from Sky High..Its a little comedy with lots of action pack. The story is pretty interesting, but its similar to those Chinese drama you've seen during your younger days.

I kind of like the storyline, the acting is not too bad, and its a little surreal to me. How I wish I could fight like them..Wacchhhaaaaa *yeah dream on* I know...don't have to remind me..

Since this is my so called 1st blog, will try to cut it short and simple and I shall end it here with a Kiss...MWAH...

Love you
